Trump's Granddaughter Seeks Professional Advice from Tiger Woods Prior to Professional Golf First Appearance
This young athlete has impressive social media presence
The young golfer will have multiple high-profile cheerleaders when she begins her first LPGA appearance later this week.
The 18-year-old athlete, who happens to be related to a former US president, was granted a tournament invitation to participate at the Annika tournament in the Sunshine State.
Her grandfather, someone who loves golf, owns several international courses and often competes against his granddaughter.
"He's quite skilled. I can't say much but we play some close matches," she revealed.
Kai explained that her grandfather, unable to come, advised her: "Simply stay calm."
"My grandpa essentially advised me to go out there and have fun," she explained.
"To me, he's simply an ordinary family member. He can't make it this weekend. He's occupied with presidential duties, so he's somewhat preoccupied."
As an amateur, Kai has played in just three tournaments recently and has ranking 461 in AJGA rankings.
Yet she can get advice from golf legend, romantically involved with Vanessa.
"He stands as the top athlete worldwide," Kai expressed.
"And he's an even better individual. He suggested me to go out there, have fun, adapting to whatever happens."
She'll challenge some of most prominent players in women's golf at the Annika, including second-ranked the champion, British golfer Hull, professional Thompson and 2023 champion champion Vu.
Tournament organizers mentioned that Kai's presence brings golf to different demographics, particularly reaching younger fans.
The young star has millions of followers and recently launched a personal fashion and living brand.
Her first tee time at 5:30 PM GMT.
